About Self Revealed
Professional Consultation, Coaching and Therapy
Self Revealed was born out of a passion for healing from trauma and addiction. We believe that stigma and judgment have gotten in the way of folks seeking resources for healing for far too long, and believe that choice and autonomy, which are taken away when one experiences trauma, are vital for healing; the locus of control must return to the self, as must the locus of loyalty. Our healing model is trauma-informed and multidimensional, working at the level of the body and nervous system, energy psychology, sound and frequency healing and somatic and attachment focused parts work and ancestral and generational trauma.
